中国转型经济情境下的企业创新能力结构研究——主题设计与量表开发

摘　　要：不确定性环境下,创新能力结构是帮助企业在转型经济中增强创新能力、获取竞争优势的重要载体。基于中国独特情境,结合创新能力理论,提炼出以创新能力强度、中心度与协同度为主题的创新能力结构主题设计,开发出创新能力结构初始测度量表,先后利用2套独立样本数据进行探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析。结果表明:中国转型经济情境下创新能力结构主题量表由3个维度共14个题项构成,且具有良好的信效度,验证了本研究提出的主题框架。本研究发展了创新能力结构情境化这一概念,回答了企业如何依据自身资源提升创新能力、创新绩效和竞争优势,为转型经济情境下企业创新能力结构研究提供理论支持。In uncertain environment,innovation capability structure(ICS)is an important carrier for enterprises to enhance innovation capability and gain competitive advantage in the context of transitional economy.Based on the particular social situation,this research integrates the innovation capability theory,and extracts innovation capability intensity,innovation capability centrality and innovation capability synergy as the theme design of ICS,and initializes the ICS measurement scale and uses two sets of independent sample data for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The result suggests that the ICS scale is composed of 3 theme dimensions and 14 items with a favorable reliability and validity,confirming the theoretic framework provided by the study.Moreover,this study develops the concept of contextualization of ICS and answers how enterprises use their resources to enhance innovation capability and innovation performances,and gain competitive advantages.Finally,this research makes the theoretical contributions for enterprises to enhance innovation capability in the context of transitional economy.
