摘　　要：基于三螺旋理论框架,从军政链、生产链和教育链维度研究了军民融合协同创新体系的运作机理,分析了军民协同创新体系建设中存在的问题,并提出了解决相关问题的措施与建议。Based on the three helix theoretical framework, this paper studies the operation mechanism of the military civilian integration collaborative innovation system from the perspectives of military political chain, production chain and education chain, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the military civilian integration collaborative innovation system, and puts forward the measures and suggestions to solve the related problems.
