摘　　要：阐述了集团型客车生产企业资金管理存在的问题,分析了实务操作中需要注意的事项,对提升集团型客车生产企业资金管理提出一些建议,希望对集团型客车生产企业的发展有一定的帮助。This paper expounds the problems existing in the capital management of group bus production enterprises,analyzes the notes in the practical operation, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the capital management of group bus production enterprises, which is helpful to the development of group bus production enterprises.
