摘　　要：文章以步态识别为基础,研究和总结视频监控中智能算法的共性,构建了一个方便扩展的通用基础平台,具体内容包括多运动目标检测、跟踪,步态特征提取与步态识别以及越界检测和区域保护。Based on gait recognition, this paper studies and summarizes the commonness of intelligent algorithms in video surveillance, and constructs a general platform for convenient expansion. The specific contents include multi moving target detection, tracking, gait feature extraction and gait recognition, cross-border detection and area protection.
