摘　　要：目的闭合蛋白(Occludin)是一种紧密连接蛋白,在多种恶性肿瘤中表达缺失。本实验通过检测乳腺癌患者中Occludin蛋白的表达水平,探究其对乳腺癌瘤进展的影响。方法收集118例乳腺癌石蜡标本,应用免疫组化方法检测Occludin蛋白的表达水平,分析Occludin蛋白表达及与临床病理参数的相关性。结果 Occludin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率(50.84%)显著低于癌旁组织(90.00%),且Occludin蛋白的表达水平与患者ER状态、N分期及脉管转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中Occludin蛋白表达下调,且与肿瘤的转移显著相关,在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective Occludin protein is a tight junction protein that is dysregulated in a variety of malignant tumors. In this study, we examined the expression of Occludin in patients with breast cancer and explored the effect of Occludin on the development of breast cancer. Methods 118 paraffin-embedded specimens of breast Cancer were collected, and the expression level of Occludin protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of Occludin protein and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The expression of Occludin protein and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. The positive rate of Occludin protein in breast cancer tissues was significant. Below the adjacent tissue, and the expression level of Occludin protein was significantly correlated with ER status, N stage and vascular metastasis(P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Occludin protein is down-regulated in breast cancer, may play an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer。
