摘　　要：随着军队深化改革,雷达修理工将成为装备维修保障的主要力量,职业技能鉴定是评价这支队伍业务能力水平的重要手段。在阐述雷达修理工职业技能鉴定的重要意义的基础上,从不断完善职业技能鉴定模式、完善考评员培养机制、规划雷达修理工的成长路线、完善考试模式及内容、加强鉴定站的建设等方面提出了完善雷达修理工职业技能鉴定机制的建议。为提高鉴定证书"含金量",为部队用好雷达修理工人才提供坚强的保证。With the deepening of military reform,radar repairman will become the main force of equipment maintenance and support.Professional skill identification is an important means to evaluate the professional ability of this team.On the basis of expounding the important significance of radar repairman’s professional skill identification,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the radar repairman’s professional skill identification mechanism from the aspects of continuously improving the professional skill identification mode,perfecting the assessor’s training mechanism,planning the radar repairman’s growth route,perfecting the examination mode and content,and strengthening the construction of the identification station.In order to improve the "gold content" of the identification certificate and provide a strong guarantee for the army to make good use of the talents of radar repairman.
