摘 要:为了探讨课外体育活动干预对农村留守中学生主观幸福感的影响,针对提高农村留守中学生心理健康水平提供理论依据和策略参考。以河南省南阳市方城县某农村中学留守学生为研究样本,随机分为实验组(50名)和对照组(50名),实验组进行12周课外体育活动干预,对照组正常生活学习,采用张兴贵编制的《青少年学生主观幸福感量表》测量实验组和对照组实验前后的主观幸福感水平。研究认为:课外体育活动对农村留守中学生主观幸福感有正向促进作用,但对于留守中学生家庭亲子关系的改善无明显作用。To explore the influence of extracurricular physical activity intervention on the subjective well-being of rural left-behind middle school students,and to provide theoretical basis and strategic reference for improving the mental health level of rural left-behind middle school students.Take the left-behind rural middle school students in Fangcheng county,Nanyang,Henan province as the research object,and randomly divide them into experimental group(50 students)and control group(50 students),the experimental group take 12 weeks of extracurricular sports activities intervention,and the control group take classes as usual.This research uses the young students subjective sense of well-being scale,compiled by Zhang Xinggui,to measure subjective sense of well-being level of the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment.Study considers:Extracurricular physical activities can positively promote the subjective sense of well-being of the left-behind middle school students in rural areas,but have insignificant effect on the improvement of parent-child relationship on the left-behind middle school students'families.
