摘  要:六缸商用CNG发动机改成M100甲醇发动机,在保证发动机性能一致的前提下,通过台架试验过程中润滑油取样及分析润滑油的运动黏度、酸碱值、水分及燃油稀释、机械元素等研究同种甲醇专用润滑油在中型和重型发动机上的试验特性。试验结果表明,中型和重型甲醇发动机试验后运动黏度在12.5 mm^2/s^16.3 mm^2/s之间、水分质量分数低于0.2%,燃油稀释质量分数保持在0.1%~0.2%,Fe元素最高磨损量分别为58 mg/kg,143 mg/kg,Cu元素最高磨损量分别为34 mg/kg,147 mg/kg,其他金属元素磨损量较低,试验特性数据为甲醇发动机润滑油的开发和升级提供了数据参考。Two six-cylinder commercial CNG engines were converted into M100 methanol ones,the engine bench tests were conducted with the same kind of methanol lube oil under the premise of ensuring the same performance with CNG engines.The test characteristics of lube oil for the methanol medium-sized and heavy-duty engines were studied by sampling and analyzing the oil’s kinematic viscosity,pH value,water content and fuel dilution,and mechanical elements and so on.The test shows that the kinematic viscosity of the medium-sized and heavy-duty methanol engine after test is between 12.5 mm^2/s and 16.3 mm^2/s,the water mass fraction is less than 0.2%,the fuel dilution mass fraction is maintained between 0.1%and0.2%,Fe element maximum wear is 58 mg/kg,143 mg/kg respectively,Cu element maximum wear is 37 mg/kg,147 mg/kg respectively,and other mental elements wear less.The test characteristics provide data support for the development and upgrade of commercial methanol engine oil.
