摘  要:以157FMI发动机为研究对象,将其发动机进气道喷射原型尝试性地实施缸内直喷技术,充分考虑空间布局等限制要求,合理布置喷油器位置(喷油器中心轴线和气缸中心轴线夹角为55°),基于k-zeta-f四方程湍流模型、Walljet1碰壁模型、Dukowicz蒸发模型、KHRT破碎模型、ECFM燃烧模型等建立缸内喷雾燃烧过程,考察点火提前角45°CA BTDC时各喷油时刻对燃烧性能的影响。研究其喷油时刻对缸内平均压力、温度、瞬时放热率、压力升高率的影响,以期得到缸内直喷模式下不同喷油时刻对燃烧过程的影响规律。研究结果表明:在发动机转速2500 r/min,喷油量20 mg的情况下,随着喷油时刻的提前,平均气缸压力、温度放热率、压力升高率对应的峰值呈先增大后减小的趋势,缸内燃烧温度与压力越高,燃烧放热速率越快,缸内高温区范围大,在喷油时刻为65°CA BTDC时,发动机燃烧性能最好,研究结果为小型摩托车发动机缸内直喷技术的应用提供了理论指导和参考。Taking the 157 FMI engine as the research object,the engine inlet injection prototype is tentatively implemented in the in-cylinder direct injection technology,taking into account the space layout and other restrictions,and rationally arranging the injector position(the angle between the injector’s central axis and the cylinder center axis is 55°),based on the k-zeta-f four-equation turbulence model,Walljet1 wall-impact model,Dukowicz evaporation model,KHRT fracture model,ECFM combustion model,etc.,the in-cylinder spray combustion process is established.The effect of each injection timing on the combustion performance at the ignition advance angle of 45°CA BTDC was investigated.The effects of injection timing on the average pressure,temperature,instantaneous heat release rate and pressure increase rate in the cylinder were studied,in order to obtain the influence of different injection timings on the combustion process in the direct injection mode.The research results show that at the engine speed of 2500 r/min and the injection quantity of 20 mg,as the injection timing advances,the peak values corresponding to the average cylinder pressure,temperature heat release rate and pressure increase rate increase first and then decrease.The higher the in-cylinder combustion temperature and pressure,the faster the combustion heat release rate.The range of high temperature in the cylinder is large.When the injection time is 65°CA BTDC,the engine has the best combustion performance.The research results provide theoretical guidance and reference for the application of the direct injection technology on small motorcycle engines.
