对西方区域经济发展理论的思考——兼谈实现经济可持续发展的中国思路

摘　　要：本文从解剖西方区域经济发展理论"头痛治头脚痛医脚"的研究方法和理论的无效性入手,在说明由于其唯利是图导致经济运行自发和盲目、经济研究短见和片面的基础上,试图追根溯源,研究其西方理念、文化和经济学的根源,分析其失效的必然性,进而提出用马克思主义政治经济学的方法,正确认识以人为中心的生产力-生产关系(经济基础)-上层建筑之间的矛盾运动,通过教育全方位提升人的能力,通过全方位提升人的能力实现生产力、生产关系、上层建筑全要素的良性互动,最终实现人的全面发展和社会经济的可持续发展的中国思路和中国方案。This paper starts with the invalidity of the research methods and theories of"to treat only where the pain is",and tries to trace the origin,study the origin of western ideas,culture and economics,and analyze the inevitability of its invalidity on the basis of illustrating that profit-seeking leads to spontaneity and blindness in economic operation,shortsightedness and one-sidedness in economic research,and then puts forward the method of applying Marxist political economy,to correctly understand the contradictory movement between human-centered productive force-production relationship(economic basis)-superstructure,and realize that human ability can be improved in an all-round way through education,Through all-round improvement of human capacity,we can achieve the positive interaction of productive forces,production relations and all elements of superstructure,and ultimately achieve the all-round development of human beings and the sustainable development of social economy under the China’s concept and the China’s design.
