尺神经原位松解术与尺神经前置术治疗肘管综合征的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的研究尺神经原位松解术(SD)与尺神经前置术(AT)应用在治疗肘管综合征中的效果。方法需以我院于2010年6月~2019年6月收治的24例肘管综合征患者作为本次研究活动的观察对象,以手术方法为分组依据,设置对照组(16例,进行AT治疗)与实验组(8例,接受SD治疗),比较两组手术时间、手术切口长度、握力、神经传导速度(NCV)、并发症发生率。结果 (1)实验组的手术时间明显少于对照组,P<0.05;(2)实验组的手术切口长度短于对照组,P<0.05;(3)实验组的握力评分大于对照组,但两组间无明显差异,P>0.05;(4)实验组的NCV水平大于对照组,但两组间无明显差异,P>0.05;(5)实验组有0例并发症,其并发症发生率为0.00%,对照组有6例并发症,其并发症发生率为37.50%,P<0.05。结论对肘管综合征患者进行SD治疗,可缩短治疗时间,减轻手术创伤,并减少并发症,所以此方法值得推广。Objective To study the effect of ulnar nerve in situ decompression (SD) and ulnar nerve preposition (AT) in the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods To be in our hospital from June 2010-June 2019,24 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome activities of observation as the research object,to the surgical method for grouping,set in the control group (16 cases,the AT therapy) and group (8 cases,treated with SD),compared two groups of operation time,incision length,grip strength,nerve conduction velocity (NCV),the incidence of complications.Results (1)the operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).(2)the incision length of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05,(3)the grip strength score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).(4)NCV level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)there were 0 cases of complications in the experimental group (0.00%) and 6 cases in the control group (37.50%),P<0.05.Conclusion SD treatment for cubital tunnel syndrome can shorten the treatment time,reduce surgical trauma and reduce complications,so this method is worthy of promotion.
