摘 要:基于轮轨摩擦自激振动引起钢轨波磨的理论,建立不同的车轮辐板形状和轨距的轮轨系统有限元模型,使用复特征值法对轮轨系统的波磨发生趋势进行分析,研究车轮辐板形状和轨距对波磨的影响。结果表明:车轮辐板形状对轮轨系统摩擦自激振动存在影响,且直幅板车轮对钢轨波磨有一定的抑制作用;轨距对S形辐板车轮系统摩擦自激振动情况几乎没有影响;轨距对直辐板车轮系统摩擦自激振动存在影响,当选用特定轨距(1430 mm)时,得到了一个未发生摩擦自激振动的直辐板车轮轮轨系统模型。The influence of the wheel web shape and rail gauge on rail corrugation was studied,based on the viewpoint of the frictional self-excited vibration of a wheel-rail system leading to rail corrugation.Several finite element models were set up and used to study the occurrence propensity of the unstable vibration of the wheel-rail system using the complex eigenvalue method.Results show that the wheel web shape has some impacts on rail corrugation and the straight web wheel can restrain it to some extent.The rail gauge has few impact on self-excited vibration of a wheel-rail system with S-shape web wheels.The rail gauge has some impact on self-excited vibration of a wheel-rail system with straight web wheels,when using the specific gauge(1430 mm),a new wheel-rail system whose frictional self-excited vibration will not occur is got.
