摘 要:目的分析N-乙酰半胱氨酸对慢阻肺急性加重期(AECOPD)患者肺功能及抗氧化能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年2月该院收治的AECOPD患者84例,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与观察组均42例。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,对观察组患者加用N-乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能与氧化应激水平。结果相较对照组,观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)及用力呼气流量(FEF)25%~75%时平均流量值均较高,谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)、抑制羟自由基能力及抗超氧阴离子能力均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将N-乙酰半胱氨酸用于AECOPD患者治疗中可有效提升患者肺功能,提高机体抗氧化能力。【Objective】To analyze the effect of N-acetylcysteine on lung function and antioxidant capacity in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).【Methods】Eighty-four patients with AECOPD admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.There were 42 cases in the control group and the observation group.Routine treatment was given to both groups,and N-acetylcysteine effervescent tablets were added to the observation group.Pulmonary function and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】Compared with the control group,the values of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEF 25%-75%were higher in the observation group after treatment,and the abilities of glutathione S-transferase(GST),inhibiting hydroxyl radical and anti-superoxide anion were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】N-acetylcysteine can effectively improve lung function and antioxidant capacity of patients with AECOPD.
