高龄患者腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌切除术的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的老年患者在结直肠癌治疗中,在腹腔镜辅助下行切除术,探讨该治疗方式的效果。方法 2016年6月~2018年8月我院纳入结直肠癌患者22例,据患者手术方式分为对照组及观察组,对照组在传统开腹手术下治疗,观察组在新型腹腔镜切除术下治疗,对比两组患者手术各项指标。结果观察组患者在腹腔镜下行切除术治疗后,患者术中出血量指标优于对照组,患者住院时间短,且患者经济费用较低,但淋巴扫除效果差异不明显,与相关研究结果一致。结论老年结直肠癌患者在疾病手术中,可选择腹腔镜下切除术,此手术方式对患者机体伤害小,安全性理想,可在临床中广泛应用。Objective In elderly patients with colorectal cancer,laparoscopic assisted resection is performed to explore the effect of this treatment.Methods From June 2016 to August 2018,22patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled in our hospital.According to the surgical procedure,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated under traditional open surgery.The observation group was treated with new laparoscopic resection.Underwent treatment,comparing the surgical indicators of the two groups of patients.Results After laparoscopic resection in the observation group,the intraoperative blood loss index was better than the control group.The hospitalization time was short,and the patient’s economic cost was low,but the difference in lymphatic dissection was not obvious,consistent with the relevant research results.Conclusion In elderly patients with colorectal cancer,laparoscopic resection can be selected in the operation of the disease.This surgical method has little damage to the patient’s body and is ideal for safety.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
