企业项目管理方法在高职院校软件实训课程的应用

摘　　要：针对目前高职院校软件实训课程教学中存在的问题,将企业项目管理方法与软件实训课程教学相融合,能够达到良好的实训效果,缩短学生技能与企业要求的差距。本文结合《c程序设计》实训课程教学的实际情况,分析企业项目管理方法在高职软件技术专业教学中应用的策略,移植了项目管理体系中的客户、程序员、技术专家、评审专家、项目经理、部门经理等角色,重构了实训教学的过程,以进一步提高学生的学习兴趣、软件开发能力以及综合素养。According to the problems existing in the teaching of software training course in higher vocational colleges,this paper integrates the enterprise project management method with the software training course teaching.This method can achieve good training effect and shorten the gap between students’skills and enterprise requirements.Based on the actual situation of the training course of C programming,this paper analyzes the application strategy of enterprise project management method in the teaching of software technology major in higher vocational education,transplants the roles of customer,programmer,technical expert,review expert,project manager and department manager in the project management system,reconstructs the training teaching process,so as to further improve students’interest in learning,software development ability and comprehensive quality.
