摘  要:采用还原-再氧化工艺制备了ZnO-Bi2O3-BN-Sb2O3(ZBBS)基压敏陶瓷,系统研究了不同再氧化温度下ZBBS基压敏陶瓷物相演化与电性能之间的关系。结果表明,再氧化温度低于800℃时,样品非线性特性较差;当再氧化温度升高到850℃时,由于富Bi2O3相的形成,使得压敏陶瓷具备明显的非线性特性,其非线性系数α=39.2,漏电流密度JL=0.07μA/cm2。采用还原-再氧化工艺制备的压敏陶瓷有望应用于贱金属内电极多层片式压敏电阻(MLVs),以降低MLVs生产成本。ZnO-Bi2O3-BN-Sb2O3(ZBBS)based varistor ceramics with different BN contents were prepared by reduction-reoxidation process.The influence of phase evolution on the electrical properties of ZBBS based varistor ceramics re-oxidized in air at different temperatures were studied systematically.The results indicate that the microstructure and nonlinear properties are highly dependent on the re-oxidation temperature.The samples re-oxidized at the temperatures lower than 800℃in air showed poor nonlinear properties.At the re-oxidation temperature of 850℃,BN-added varistor ceramics exhibited obviously increased nonlinear properties because of the formation of Bi2O3-rich phases.As a result,the samples with nonlinear coefficient of 43.3 and leakage current density of 0.07μA/cm2 were obtained.This work is promising to promote the development of ZnO multilayer varistors(MLVs)with base metal inner electrodes(BMEs)and thereby cut down the cost of MLVs.
