大数据时代我国篮球运动员选材理论范式危机及路径转换

摘　　要：大数据时代背景下科学研究方式发生着巨大变革。我国运动员选材研究在数据密集型科研范式时期遇到了理论困境。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法对篮球运动员选材理论研究过程进行系统研究。结论与建议:1)我国运动员选材理论处于小数据时代科研范式的交互发展阶段,在大数据时代背景下陷入了理论范式危机。2)大数据不确定性、关联性、完备性以及呈现方式可体验性的基本特征与选材理论形成了新的契合点。3)建议篮球运动员选材以数据为中心分层次分阶段建立优秀运动员选材预测体系,遵循先天特殊优势的选材准则,引入第三方评估资源,定位不同位置的模板系统,实现数据呈现方式可视化的发展路径。Great changes have taken place in the way of scientific research in the context of the era of big data.The research on the selection of athletes in China encountered a theoretical dilemma in the data-intensive research paradigm.This paper systematically studies the theoretical research process of the selection of basketball players by means of literature and expert interviews.Conclusion and suggestions are:1)China’s athlete selection theory is in the interactive development stage of the research paradigm in the small data era,and falls into a theoretical paradigm crisis in the context of the big data era.2)The basic characteristics of the uncertainty,relevance,completeness and presentation of the big data and the material selection theory have formed a new point of convergence.3)It is suggested that basketball player selection should focus on the data center as the center of the hierarchical establishment of excellent selection forecasting system,follow the inherent advantages of the selection criteria,introduce the third-party evaluation resources,position different locations of the template system to achieve the development path of data presentation visualization.
