低热量肠内营养联合肠外营养对消化道肿瘤术后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究低热量肠内营养联合肠外营养对消化道肿瘤术后的疗效。方法选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院行消化道肿瘤手术患者80例作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法将其分为对照组和联合组,各40例,分别给予肠外营养、低热量肠内营养联合肠外营养支持治疗。对比两组患者的住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间,对比两组患者的手术前后的总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)等水平。结果联合组患者的住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者的TP、PALB、TRF等水平改善效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道肿瘤患者应用低热量肠内营养联合肠外营养治疗临床疗效明显,可改善术后患者的胃肠功能,并缩短住院时间,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of low calorie enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition on digestive tract cancer after operation.Methods 80 patients who underwent gastrointestinal cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group (n=40) and combined group (n=40) by digital parity method.They were given parenteral nutrition,low calorie enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support treatment respectively.The hospitalization time,first exhaust time and first defecation time of the two groups were compared.The levels of total protein (TP),prealbumin (PALB) and transferrin (TRF) before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the improvement effect of TP,PALB and TRF in the combined group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Low calorie enteral nutrition combined with parenteral nutrition is effective in the treatment of digestive tract cancer.It can improve the gastrointestinal function of patients after operation and shorten the hospitalization time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
