阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的讨论阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年3月~2019年3月收治的精神分裂症患者280例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各140例。对照组使用氯氮平治疗,观察组使用阿立哌唑治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的PANSS(阳性和阴性症状量表)评分和SQLS(精神分裂症患者生活质量量表)评分。结果治疗前两组的PANSS评分和SQLS评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后观察组的PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的SQLS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑能够减轻精神分裂症患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of aripiprazole on the quality of life of schizophrenic patients.Methods 280 patients with schizophrenia admitted from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,140 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clozapine while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole.The PANSS (Positive and Negative Symptom Scale) scores and SQLS (Quality of Life Scale for Schizophrenia) scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results the comparison of PANSS score and SQLS score between the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05).after treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the SQLS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole can alleviate the clinical symptoms of schizophrenia patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
