摘　　要：目的探讨改良ARROW导管引流联合顺铂、高聚生胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及安全性。方法 26例诊断为恶性胸腔积液的患者留置改良ARROW导管,并在胸腔中注射顺铂、高聚生,观察其疗效及安全性。结果完全缓解13例,部分缓解10例,稳定3例,有效率为88.5%。不良反应轻微,患者能耐受。结论改良ARROW导管引流联合顺铂、高聚生治疗恶性胸腔积液有疗效好、创伤小、副反应少、患者易于接受等优点,在临床中值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and security of the treatment for malignant pleural effusion with improved central venous catheter (Arrow catheter) combined with cisplatin and Highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin(HAS).Methods 26 patients with malignant pleural effusion were detained by improved central venous catheter and injected by cisplatin and HAS in their pleural cavity.Results 13 patients were complete remission and 10 partial remission and 3 stabilized.The effective rate is 88.5%.The adverse reaction of the method is mild and patients could endure it.Conclusion The treatment for malignant pleural effusion with improved central venous catheter combined with cisplatin and HAS is effective,safe and deserves widely clinical application.
