摘　　要：目的研究全瓷单端固定桥在口腔修复中的效果。方法对18个病例进行全瓷单端固定桥修复并进行回访,采用权威标准对临床修复效果进行评价。结果修复体边缘密合良好;基牙未出现松动。第18个月有一例修复体折断。结论全瓷单端固定桥对切牙缺失是有效的修复方式之一。Objective Study on the effect of all-porcelain single-end fixed Bridge in Oral Restoration.Methods 18 cases were repaired with all-ceramic single-end fixed bridge and followed up,and the clinical restoration effect was evaluated by authoritative standard.Results The edge of the restoration was well closed;the abutment was not loose.One case of restoration fracture occurred in the 18th month.Conclusions All-ceramic single-end fixed bridge is one of the effective methods for the restoration of missing incisors.
