中医药治疗小儿功能性便秘用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:借助中医传承辅助系统分析文献中小儿功能性便秘方剂的组方规律。方法:通过搜集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中中医药治疗小儿功能性便秘的文献,将方剂信息录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),进行数据分析处理,然后对筛选出的用于治疗小儿功能性便秘的方剂进行四气五味及归经统计,并进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的治疗小儿功能性便秘的处方171首,得到了方剂中药物的应用频次、药物之间的关联规则、演化得到核心组合17个,用于新方聚类的核心组合15个,新处方5个。结论:治疗小儿功能性便秘的药物四气以平为主,五味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经多归于脾、胃经,核心药对有玄参-生地黄、玄参-麦冬、麦冬-生地黄,新方治以运脾消食、疏肝理气、生津润脾为主。Objective: To explain the composing principles of the prescriptions for functional constipation in Children collected in CNKI by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system. Methods: The author collected the prescriptions used for functional constipation of children in CNKI and then entered the data into the TCM inheritance system(V2.5). TCM inheritance system was used to analyze the four Qi and five flavours, channel tropism and the composing principles of the prescriptions forfunctional constipation in children. Results: The composing principles were extracted based on the analysis of 171 cases of prescriptions by using TCM inheritance system. The frequency of herbs were analyzed. 15 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were explored form the database. Conclusion: The drugs for children’s functional constipation are mainly composed of Ping(four Qi), Gan, Ku, Xin(five flavors). The meridian tropism is mainly attributed to the spleen and stomach meridian. The core drugs are Xuanshen(radix scrophulariae)-Shengdihuang(radix rehmanniae), Xuanshen(radix scrophulariae)-Maidong(liriope), Maidong(liriope)-Shengdihuang(radix rehmanniae). The new treatment is mainly to transport the spleen and eliminate food, dredge the liver and regulate Qi, and promote the body fluid and moisten the spleen.
