摘　　要：Van der Woude综合征(Van der Woude syndrome,VWS)是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传发育障碍性疾病,伴有先天性唇腭裂、下唇窝或下唇瘘、牙发育不全、牙缺失、牛牙症等颌面部症状。文章通过文献回顾,归纳整理VWS的临床表现、分类、分子学基础、临床诊断、临床治疗和预防方案,以期为临床诊断治疗VWS提供依据。Van der Woude syndrome(VWS)is a rare autosomal dominant genetic development disorder with congenital cleft lip and palate,lower lip fossa or lower lip fistula,tooth hypoplasia,tooth loss and taurodontism.This article reviews and summarizes clinical characteristics,classification,molecular underpinning,clinical diagnosis,treatment plan and prevention of VWS,in order to facilitate its diagnosis and treatment.
