摘　　要：针对目前重型卧式车床缺乏全面测试方法这一现状,整合现有的普通数控车床测试方法,并根据实际情况增加测试项目,搭建了相应测试系统,保证机床达到设计要求并且稳定工作。该测试系统可以普遍应用于相似重型卧式车床的测试。Aiming at the lack of comprehensive testing methods for heavy duty horizontal lathe at present,this paper integrates existed testing methods for general CNC machines,adds test items according to the actual situation,builds a corresponding test system,ensures that the machine tools can meet the design requirements and work stably.The test system can be widely applied to the testing of similar heavy duty horizontal lathes.
