摘 要:21世纪是信息化时代,图书馆从资源能力和服务能力等方面都将转型变革,而转型变革的关键一环是馆员职业能力的高低。因此,只有不断提升馆员的职业能力,才能确保图书馆的转型变革和发展。文章分析了新时代提升高校图书馆员职业素养与职业能力的重要意义,指出新时代高校图书馆员应具备的职业素养与职业能力包括政治素养及正确的价值观、个性化服务意识、求知意识和终身学习能力、创新意识与创新能力、团队意识及沟通协调能力、信息化技术能力等,并提出新时代高校图书馆员职业素养与能力提升的基本路径为:加强领导重视,开展图书馆员职业发展规划;营造良好的学术环境,激励馆员不断创新,鼓励馆员终身学习发展;建立多渠道培训机制,全面提高馆员的职业能力;建立良好的激励机制及完善的绩效考核机制等。The 21st century is an information age.Libraries will undergo transformation in terms of resources and service capabilities,the key of which is the professional competence of librarians.Therefore,this paper analyzes the significance of improving the professional qualities and capabilities of university librarians in the new era,and discusses the required professional qualities and capabilities of university librarians,which including political qualities and correct values,personalized service awareness,knowledge awareness and lifelong learning capability,innovation awareness and capability,team awareness with communication and coordination capability,information technology capabilities,etc..It also puts forward some basic improvement paths as follows:leaders should attach importance to the development of librarians’professional planning,creating a good academic environment,encouraging librarians to innovate and pursue lifelong learning,and establishing the multi-channel training,incentive and evaluation mechanisms.
