摘  要:为有效避免隧道二次衬砌施工工艺不规范出现的空洞、不密实、渗水等质量缺陷,保障建设安全和运营安全。通过系统分析质量缺陷产生的原因,在传统衬砌台车基础上,结合隧道衬砌施工实际,以"工装保工艺,工艺保质量"的指导思想,优化设计、创新功能,增加自动化的逐窗灌注、高频气动振捣、拱顶混凝土灌注饱满度信息化监测、自动支、脱模及定位、轮轨步履行走等新技术,提高了自动化程度,降低了劳动强度,减少了劳动力以及人为因素对衬砌质量的影响。衬砌台车增加的新技术在一定程度上实现了台车的自动化、智能化、信息化,大大提高了衬砌质量。In order to effectively avoid the quality defects such as voids,uncompacted,water seepage,which are not standardized in the secondary lining construction process of the tunnel,construction safety and operational safety are guaranteed. Through systematic analysis of the causes of quality defects,on the basis of traditional lining trolleys,combined with the actual construction of tunnel lining,with the guiding ideology of "tooling and maintenance technology,process quality assurance ",optimize design and innovative functions,and increase automatic window-by-window perfusion. High-frequency pneumatic vibrating,arched concrete filling fullness information monitoring,automatic support,demoulding and positioning,wheel and rail step fulfillment and other new technologies,improve automation,reduce labor intensity,reduce labor and human factors to lining the impact of quality. The new technology added to the lining trolley has realized the automation,intelligence and informationization of the trolley to a certain extent,and greatly improved the quality of the lining.
