摘　　要：旨在应用初等方法研究指数和问题,给出了算术数列中素变数非线性指数和的一个上界估计.This paper uses elementary method to study the problem of exponential sums,and gives an estimate for non-linear exponential sums over primes in arithmetic progressions,which could be useful in most numerical problems whenever the Circle Method is applied.
