摘 要:根据伺服机构气囊自动装配实际需求,制定全新的基于新设备的装配工艺,进一步规划并完成一组关键工艺参数试验;根据新装配工艺特征,提出了竖直操作布局方式的蓄能器气囊自动装配工装整体方案;提出并采用了液压红油加热、真空负压吸缩、中心推力控制分型及周向摩擦层叠卷曲关键工艺技术;设计了气囊夹持机构解决气囊装卡定位与密封问题,设计了横向分半的蓄能器模拟体辅具解决胶囊无损伤检测问题;完成样机结构设计与制造并进行功能及服役试验。结果表明:工艺与设备技术水平、一次装配完好率、装配效率显著提高,完全满足实际工程需要。According to the actual needs of servo mechanism airbag automatic assembly,a new assembly process based on new equipment is developed,and a group of key process parameter tests are further planned and completed.According to the characteristics of the new assembly process,the overall scheme of accumulator airbag automatic assembly tooling with vertical operation layout is proposed,and the hydraulic red oil heating,vacuum negative pressure suction and central thrust control are proposed and adopted.The key technology of parting and circumferential friction lamination and crimping is designed;the airbag clamping mechanism is designed to solve the problems of airbag clamping,positioning and sealing;the auxiliary device of accumulator simulation body with transverse split half is designed to solve the problem of capsule non damage detection;the prototype structure design and manufacturing are completed,and the power and service tests are carried out.The results show that the technological level of process and equipment,the intact rate of primary assembly and the efficiency of assembly are significantly improved,which fully meet the needs of practical engineering.
