摘　　要：在新形势下,台湾青年来闽就业创业面临着新的机遇和挑战。为适应台湾青年来闽就业创业的需要,针对目前存在的问题提出合理的解决策略,对于促进台湾青年来闽就业创业具有重要的作用。Under the new situation,youth from Taiwan are facing new opportunities and challenges to work and start new businesses in Fujian.In order to meet the needs of the youth to come to Fujian for employment and entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward reasonable solutions to the existing problems,which plays an important promoting role.
