摘　　要：为培养应用型技能人才,高职院校应重视实训教学,让学生通过实训体验职业角色,培养专业实践能力。培养高职学生的创新意识和创业能力,使其投身到"大众创业、万众创新"的大潮中,以创业带动就业是职业院校的社会责任之一。文章以宝鸡职业技术学院电子商务专业学生为研究对象,探寻培养学生实训能力和创业能力的途径。In order to cultivate applied skilled talents,vocational colleges should attach importance to practical teaching,let students experience professional role through practical training,and cultivate professional practical ability.It is one of the social responsibilities of vocational colleges to cultivate the innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students and make them participate in the tide of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".In this paper,Baoji vocational and technical college e-commerce students as the research object,to explore ways to cultivate students’practical training ability and entrepreneurial ability.
