摘　　要："气"穴不仅是中医认识人体的重要结构,且在刺灸治疗时亦是施术定位的评判标准。针刺调气关键在于补泻,而补泻的关键是如何辨气,如何辨正邪大小。"用针之类,在于调气",意欲调气,需要医者先"治其神",医者要摒弃杂念,内省自视,保持极虚静的精神状态才能守神。"针响""医者得气"及"二次得气"在治疗层次上相差较大,前两类处于致病的启动阶段,施术者必须在"针响""医者得气"的基础上判别疾病的阴阳盛衰及证候的寒热虚实,诊其脉气大小后施以相应的补泻手法,才可激发"二次得气",这是针刺得气补泻的内在本质。"凡刺之道,气调而止",知气之所在而守其门户,守门户运用于临床即是守神。临床上运用"气"穴时应擅于调气与治神,二者中调神为先导,调气为关键,"以神导气,令气易行,以意通经",达到经脉调畅,血脉通利,阴阳调和之效。Qi acupoints are not only an important structure for TCM to understand human body,but also a standard to judge the position of operation in the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.The key of acupuncture regulating qi lies in supplementation and drainage,and the key of supplementation and drainage is how to distinguish qi,how to distinguish the degree of pathogenic factors."The key of using acupuncture therapy to disease lies in the regulation of qi.In order to regulate qi,doctors need to "pay full attention" first.Doctors need to get rid of distractions,and keep a very empty and quiet state of mind with introspection and self reflection,and pay full attention only by maintaining a very empty and quiet state of mind.There are different levels of treatment between "needling sensation" "arrival of qi" and "secondary arrival of qi",The first two are in the initial stage of treating disease.The operator must distinguish the rise and fall of yin and yang and the deficiency and excess of cold and heat of syndrome based on the first two,then adopt corresponding supplementation and drainage after diagnosing the condition of pulse qi.Only doing so,"secondary arrival of qi" can be activated,which is the internal essence of acupuncture for arrival of qi and supplementation and drainage."Acupuncture treatment should concentrate on regulating qi" in order to protect the gate through which qi flows in and out.When using qi acupoints in clinical practice,we should be good at regulaing qi as the guide and spirit as the key in order to achieve the effect of smooth regulation of meridians,circulation of blood,and harmony of yin and yang.
