摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术中经精囊面吊带悬吊法保留膀胱颈技术对术后控尿的临床意义。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月于本院接受腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术患者80例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采取传统法保留膀胱颈术,观察组采取经精囊面吊带悬吊法保留膀胱颈,观察两组患者术后控尿情况。结果观察组患者术后1~2个月尿失禁程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术中实施经精囊面吊带悬吊法保留膀胱颈技术可改善患者术后控尿情况,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of bladder neck retention technique via spermatheca sling in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for postoperative urinary control.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,bladder neck was retained by traditional method,and in the observation group,bladder neck was retained by spermatic surface sling.Results The degree of urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 to 2 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,the technique of preserving bladder neck by means of spermatic sling can improve postoperative urine control,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
