摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平对慢性脑供血不足患者的应用效果及动脉血流速率影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于本院接受治疗的96例慢性脑供血不足患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用尼莫地平治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者相关动脉血流速率比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组各动脉血流速率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者认知功能评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组相关认知功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用尼莫地平治疗慢性脑供血不足患者,可明显改善患者病情,促进血流速度恢复正常,提高患者认知功能。Objective To investigate the effect of nimodipine on chronic cerebral insufficiency and the influence of arterial blood flow rate.Methods 96 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the arterial blood flow rate between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the observation group The blood flow rate of each artery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cognitive function scores between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the cognitive function scores of the observation group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine in the treatment of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency can significantly improve the patient's condition,promote the return of blood flow to normal,and improve the cognitive function of patients.
