摘 要:以巴音郭楞职业技术学院(以下简称"巴音学院")为例,通过组织院级教学能力比赛、开发信息化资源等手段探索了基于教学能力比赛促进南疆高职院校信息化教学模式改革的推进模式。实践表明:巴音学院教学能力比赛推进了信息化教学资源与信息化教学手段有效融合,参赛作品数量、参赛教师数量、涵盖专业范围及通过自治区选拔的作品数量均有显著提高,提升了教师的信息化教学素养。Taking Bayinguoleng vocational and Technical College(referred to as "Bayin College") as an example,this study explores the promotion mode of promoting the reform of information-based teaching mode in southern Xinjiang Higher Vocational College Based on the competition of teaching ability by means of organizing college level teaching ability competition and developing information resources.The practice shows that the teaching ability competition of Bayin college has promoted the effective integration of information-based teaching resources and information-based teaching methods.The number of entries,the number of teachers participating in the competition,the scope of their majors and the number of works selected by the autonomous region have been significantly improved,which has improved the teachers’information-based teaching quality.
