摘　　要：分析了河北省去产能过程中职工安置工作的现状与存在的问题,讨论了国外部分国家促进失业工人再就业所采取的政策与措施,最后为河北省去产能过程中化解就业矛盾提供了意见与建议。The current situation and problems of staff resettlement in the process of reducing excess capacity in Hebei Province was analyzed.And then the policies and measures adopted by some foreign countries to promote the reemployment of the unemployed workers was discussed.Finally,opinions and suggestions for resolving the employment contradictions in the process of reducing excess capacity in Hebei Province were put forward.
