高校图书馆馆员数据素养能力框架及其构建策略

摘　　要：文章运用文献调查法、内容分析法、网络调查法,对馆员数据素养研究现状和馆员数据素养内涵、构成要素及框架进行了研究,提出在大数据环境下,图书馆及其馆员都应自觉加强数据素养建设,深度重塑馆员批判性素养理念,系统构建馆员数据素养培育机制,建设一支专家级数据馆员队伍及数据文化生态圈,通过重构业务功能和服务能力,加快学术交流进程,促进科研成果的快速传递与共享。This paper probes into the system framework and construction strategy of librarians'data literacy,tries to depict the whole picture of librarians'data literacy,and provides reference for the service transformation of libraries in the era of big data.The paper analyzes research status at home and abroad,the librarians'data literacy,elements and framework with literature research method,content analysis method and online survey.In the big data environment,the library should strengthen the construction of data literacy,reshape thelibrarians'conception of critical literacy,constructcultivation mechanism of librarians'data literacy,and build an expert librarian team and cultural ecosystem to accelerate the process of academic exchanges and promote the fast transmission and sharing of scientific research achievements.
