高职院校图书馆专业馆员制度发展现状与对策——基于国家示范性高职院校图书馆的调研思考

摘　　要：调研国家示范性高职院校图书馆专业馆员制度发展现状,分析其主要服务模式和存在的问题,提出符合高职院校教学、科研需求的专业馆员制度发展策略:建立专业馆员准入制度,构建专业馆员微服务平台,打造智能型专业馆员服务团队和完善专业馆员绩效考核评价体系等。Starting from investigating the current situation of the development of the professional librarian system in the National Model Higher Vocational colleges,this paper analyses the current situation of the construction of the professional librarian system,the main service modes and the main problems existing,and puts forward the development strategies of the professional librarian system that meet the needs of teaching and scientific research in Higher Vocational colleges,including establishing the access system for professional librarians,constructing the micro-service platform for professional librarians,forging intelligent professional librarian service team and improving the performance evaluation system of professional librarians.
