微创超薄贴面在前牙修复中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨微创超薄贴面在前牙修复中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院接收的90例行前牙修复患者,根据单盲法将其分为对照组及试验组,各45例。对照组给予传统全瓷贴面技术修复,试验组给予微创超薄贴面技术修复。对比两组修复成功率、美学修复效果、患者满意度等情况。结果试验组修复成功率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组美学修复效果[边缘适应性能优(83.72%)、外形正确(86.05%)、表面光滑(90.70%)、颜色匹配(95.35%)]高于对照组修复效果[边缘适应性能优(63.04%)、外形正确(67.39%)、表面光滑(71.74%)、颜色匹配(69.57%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创超薄贴面在前牙修复中具有较好应用价值,不仅可提高修复成功率及美学修复效果,也可提高患者修复满意度。Objective To investigate the application value of minimally invasive ultra-thin veneers in repair of anterior teeth.Methods 90 patients with repair of anterior teeth who admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group according to single blind method,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional porcelain laminate veneers repair,and experimental group was given minimally invasive ultra-thin veneers repair.The success rate of repair,aesthetic repair effect,and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of repair in experimental group (95.56%) was higher than that in control group (80.00%) (P﹤0.05);The aesthetic repair effect in experimental group [excellent edge adaptability (83.72%),correct appearance (86.05%),smooth surface (90.70%),color matching (95.35%)] was higher than that in control group [excellent edge adaptability (63.04%),correct appearance (67.39%),smooth surface (71.74%),color matching (69.57%)] (P﹤0.05);The satisfaction of patients in experimental group (97.78%) was higher than that in control group (82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive ultra-thin veneers in repair of anterior teeth has better application value,it can increase the success rate of repair,aesthetic repair effect and satisfaction of patients.
