摘　　要：师生冲突长期存在于教育的发展进程中,由于社会文化良莠不齐、学校文化过于僵硬、家庭文化与学校文化脱节、师生文化隔阂等原因造成师生文化冲突的形成。尽管冲突造成了一定程度的师生间偏见,但是只要发挥冲突的正向功能,便能引导师生文化由冲突走向融合。The conflict between teachers and students has existed in the development of education for a long time.The cultural conflict between teachers and students are caused by the uneven social and cultural reports,the rigid school culture,the disconnection between family culture and school culture,and the estrangement between teachers and students.Although the conflict causes a certain degree of prejudice between teachers and students,as long as the positive function of the conflict is played,it can guide the culture of teachers and students from conflict to integration.
