预防职务犯罪视角下的医院行政后勤管理干部交流轮岗实践和探索——以中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院为例

摘　　要：分析了目前我国医院行政后勤轮岗的现状,并从预防职务犯罪视角,分别就近年来中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院加强医院行政后勤科室负责人轮岗、重点岗位人员轮岗、新职工轮岗等3个方面推进轮岗交流、构建预防职务犯罪长效机制的做法举措进行了总结分析,并指出了推进医院后勤干部交流轮岗工作要注意的问题。This paper analyzed the current situation of post rotations of hospitals’ administrative logistics cadres in China. It introduced the measures that Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen Universitytook to promote post rotation,including the rotation of directors of the administrative departments,the rotation of employees at key posts,and the rotation of new employees. In the paper,the authors summarized and analyzed the establishment of a long-term mechanism for preventing job-related crimes and pointed out problems on promoting the rotation of administrative and logistics cadres.
