摘 要:当前中国高等教育在国际借鉴与本土阐释方面处于较为严重的失衡状态,言必称“国外”或“美国”,这种过于谦卑的心态与研究者的文化自信有关。故有必要回顾近现代以来的中国文化和西方文化的互动历程,既包括西学东渐的“明线”,也包括东学西渐的“暗线”。前者序列中除了中西学战外,中西文化融合派的作用具有重大的当代意义,后者序列表明中国文化对于欧洲乃至全球一直发挥着重要的影响。同时,以加拿大学者许美德提出的“中国大学模式”的命题为例,梳理了使用历史文化方法和当代社会政治方法的相关研究,前者将命题嵌入儒家传统中进行研究,后者将讨论放在中国当下的社会经济发展情境中进行。两种方法各有利弊、优势互补,应“将叙事置于更加宏大的全球化语境中进行。”综言之,高教学者处理“国际借鉴”与“本土阐释”关系应当注意对中西文化以及具体学科知识、事实等方面准备充足,秉持对中国文化适度的和有底线的自信,构建积极向上的学术生态,真正做到扎根本土办大学,服务国家发展和个体幸福。At present,China's higher education is in a state of serious imbalance in terms of international learning and local interpretation.People always talk about foreign or United States.It seems that the“exporter”of Chinese culture has stagnated ever since the failure of the Opium War,and China has continued to play the role of the cultural“borrower”.This overly humble mentality may be related to the cultural confidence of the researchers.Therefore,it is necessary to review the interactive process of Chinese culture and Western culture since modern times,including the“bright line”of“Western learning spreading to the East”and the“dark line”of the“Eastern learning spreading to the West”.In addition to the intense debate between Chinese and Western Cultures in the former sequence,the role of the Chinese-Western cultural fusion school has great contemporary significance.The latter sequence shows that Chinese culture has always played an important role in Europe and the world.At the same time,taking the proposition of“Chinese university model”proposed by Canadian scholar Ruth Hayhoe as an example,the relevant research on the use of historical-cultural approach and contemporary sociopolitical approach has been combed.The former is represented by Ruth Hayhoe and Li Jun,and the proposition is embedded in the Confucian tradition in the study.The latter is represented by Zha Qiang and his partners,and Wang Hongcai.The discussion is carried out in the context of China's current socio-economic development.The two approaches have their own advantages and disadvantages,and their advantages are complementary.When Chinese scholars of higher education deal with the relationship between“international reference”and“local interpretation”,they should pay attention to adequate preparation of Chinese and Western cultures as well as specific subject knowledge,facts and so on.They should adhere to the appropriateness and bottom line confidence of Chinese culture,building a positive academic ecology,and trul
