三级医院不同职称护士工作任务的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨陕西省、新疆维吾尔自治区三级医院不同职称护士工作任务执行频率、重要性认知及其影响因素.[方法]采用方便抽样法,于2014年12月—2015年2月选取陕西省和新疆维吾尔自治区共8所三级医院的998名护士为研究对象,采用国家卫生健康委员会人才交流服务中心编制的临床护士工作任务调查问卷进行调查.[结果]护士整体评价得分最高的维度为保证病人安全(14. 42±4. 00)分,得分最低的维度为满足病人基本需求(8. 78±3. 60)分;各维度工作任务执行频率和重要性呈正相关,相关系数为0. 395~0. 605(P<0. 001);执行频率方面除其他(科研、教学等)维度外,重要性方面除保证病人安全维度外,护士、护师和主管护师其余维度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);回归分析显示:不同职称、职务和科室护士的工作任务不同(P<0. 05).[结论]不同职称护士工作任务执行情况及其重要性认知不同,保证病人安全是执行频率最高且较为重要的工作任务,职称、职务和科室是陕西省、新疆维吾尔自治区三级医院护士工作任务的影响因素.Objective:To explore execution frequency,importance cognition and influencing factors of working task of nurses with different professional titles in tertiary hospital in Shaanxi province and Xingjiang uygur autonomous region. Methods:Totally 998 nurses from 8 tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi province and Xinjiang uygur autonomous region,were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method from December 2014 to February 2015. Clinical Nurses Work Tasks Questionnaires prepared by National Health and Health Commission Personnel Exchange Service Center were used for the survey. Results:Dimension with highest score in overall evaluation of nurses was ensuring patient safety with score of 14. 42±4. 00. And dimension with lowest score was meeting the basic needs of patients,with score of 8. 78±3. 60. The execution frequency and importance in all dimensions of work task were positively correlated,which correlation coefficients were 0. 395~0. 605(P<0. 001). All scores of dimensions of execution frequency(except dimension of scientific research,teaching and so on)and importance(except dimension of ensuring patient safety)in nurses,nurse practitioner and supervisor nurse were statistically significant(P<0. 05). The regression analysis showed that work tasks of clinical nurses with different professional titles,positions and departments were different (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Nurses with different professional titles have different performance and recognition in their work tasks. The execution frequency to ensure patient safety is the highest. And to ensure patients safety is regarded as more important work task. And professional titles,positions and departments are the influencing factors for the work tasks of nurses in tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi province and Xingjiang uygur autonomous region.
