关于青少年犯罪新动向及预防对策的探讨

摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,青少年犯罪出现了犯罪低龄化,暴力犯罪增多,动机简单,行为轻狂、戏谑,类型多元化,团伙犯罪、涉黑犯罪增多等新动向。青少年犯罪是一个相当复杂的社会问题,是心智发展的不成熟、不良的家庭环境、学校教育和管理缺陷、不良的社会环境影响、心理健康问题与品行障碍等因素共同作用的结果。预防青少年犯罪是一项系统工程,所以应该构筑家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育和心理预防防线,以预防青少年犯罪。With the rapid development of society, juvenile delinquency has witnessed new trends such as younger crimes, increased violent crimes, simple motives, frivolous behaviors, jests, diversified types, gang crimes, and increased crimes involving black crimes. Juvenile delinquency is a fairly complex social problem. It is the result of immature mental development, poor family environment, school education and management deficiencies, poor social and environmental impacts, mental health problems and conduct disorders. Preventing juvenile delinquency is a systematic project. Therefore, family education, school education, social education and psychological prevention lines should be established to prevent juvenile delinquency.
