摘　　要：警察体能教学对公安院校警务人才的警务实战素质的培养以及警务技战术能力的提高具有重要作用,也是培养应用型公安专门人才的关键。因此,从警察体能教学质量保障存在的问题入手,围绕警察体能教学保障与监测体系的框架结构和相关内容,从宏观上提出对警察体能教学保障与监测工作的建议,以期为进一步提高警察体能教学质量提供理论支持。The police physical fitness teaching plays an important role in the training of police practical quality and the improvement of police technical and tactical ability, and it is also the key to the training of practical police talents. Therefore, starting from the problems existing in the quality assurance of the police physical ability teaching, focusing on the framework structure and relevant contents of the system of the quality assurance and monitoring of police physical ability teaching, this paper puts forward suggestions on the work of the quality assurance and monitoring of police physical ability teaching from a macro perspective, in order to provide theoretical support for further improving the quality of the police physical fitness teaching.
