摘 要:目的了解安徽省糖尿病专科护士核心能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷和糖尿病专科护士核心能力自评问卷对安徽省234名糖尿病专科护士进行调查。结果安徽省糖尿病专科护士核心能力自评总分为(177.88±28.34)分,均分为(3.87±0.62)分;得分最高的是健康教育能力维度(4.08±0.64)分,其次为专科护理能力(4.07±0.59)分,得分最低的为护理研究能力(2.77±0.94)分。不同年龄、获得糖尿病专科护士资格证书年限、目前所在科室、医院等级、月收入和参加省级及以上培训或学习次数的糖尿病专科护士核心能力得分比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,医院等级、目前所在科室、参加省级及以上培训或学习的次数是糖尿病专科护士核心能力的影响因素(F=14.900,P<0.001)。结论安徽省糖尿病专科护士核心能力总体处于中等偏上水平,但护理研究能力是其短板。护理管理者应根据糖尿病专科护士核心能力的特点对其进行分层培训,尤其要加重护理研究能力的培养,以促进糖尿病专科护士核心能力的全面提升。Objective To explore the current situation of core competence of diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 234 diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui province were investigated using a general data questionnaire and self-assessment questionnaire on the core competence of diabetes specialist nurses.Results The total score of the selfassessment of the core competence of diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui province was(177.88±28.34),with an average of(3.87±0.62).The score of health education ability ranked the highest(4.08±0.64),followed by that of the specialized nursing ability(4.07±0.59),and the lowest,that of the research ability(2.77±0.94).There were significant differences in the core competence scores among different ages,years of having the specialist nurse qualification,working departments,hospital grade,monthly income and times of training at the provincial level(P<0.05).Among them,the hospital level,working department,and training times were predictors of the core competence of diabetes specialist nurses(F=14.900,P<0.001).Conclusion The core competence of diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui province are of a level above the average,but they are weak in research.Therefore,stratified training should be conducted to promote their overall core competence,especially the research ability.
