摘 要:目的研究探讨形成性评价在中西医结合外科学临床教学中应用效果。方法选取本校2015级中西医结合专业本科学生为研究对象,将参与实验的两个班级学生(各30名)分为对照组和实验组。对照组沿用终结性评价方法进行教学,而观察组则采用形成性评价方法。以期末考试成绩为观察指标,将对照组和观察组优秀率进行比较。结果实验组期末考试优秀率(93.33%)明显优于对照组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组师生互评满意度(90.00%)明显优于对照组师生互评满意度(63.33%),P<0.05。结论形成性评价在中西医结合外科临床教学中取得较为显著的教学效果。Objective To study the effect of formative evaluation in clinical teaching of integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods The 2015 undergraduate students of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in our university were selected as the research objects.The two classes(30 students each)participating in the experiment were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The final evaluation method was used in the control group,while the formative evaluation method was used in the observation group.Taking the final examination results as the observation index,the excellent rate of the control group and the observation group were compared.Results The excellent rate of final examination in the experimental group(93.33%)was significantly better than that in the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group(63.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%).Conclusion Formative evaluation has achieved significant teaching results in the clinical teaching of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
