摘  要:手术室中的各项护理工作具有专业性、特殊性与独立性,工作十分紧张,且节奏较快,技术要求也较高,责任较大,而带教质量的高低会直接影响到新护士的成长与手术室的发展。为此,为了提升手术室新护士带教的质量,临床中可以从一对一导师制、关注新护士的心理健康及多样化带教方法三个方面进行带教总结,让手术室新护士能够热情且认真地投入到各项学习与工作中,提高对新护士的带教质量与效果,培养出高素质与高技能水平的手术室护士,为患者提供更为全面且优质的服务,同时,还可以更好地为患者的身心健康与生命安全保驾护航。Nursing work in the operating room is professional,specific and independent.The work is very intense,and the pace is fast.The technical requirements are also high,and the responsibility is great.The quality of teaching will directly affect the quality of teaching.The growth of new nurses and the development of the operating room.For this reason,in order to improve the quality of teaching in the operating room for new nurses,clinical teaching can be summarized in three aspects:one-to-one tutoring,focusing on the mental health of new nurses,and diversified teaching methods.Enthusiastically and seriously invested in various studies and work,improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching new nurses,training high-quality and high-skilled operating room nurses,and providing patients with more comprehensive and highquality services.It can also better protect the physical and mental health and life safety of patients.
