摘 要:针对12150L型柴油发动机气门凸轮式配气机构,基于多项式型运动规律,设计最佳凸轮轮廓线型,以减少从动件运动冲击,提高发动机性能。Matlab对不同类型从动件多项式运动规律进行仿真,得出位移、速度、加速度与凸轮转角之间关系曲线,对比结果显示五次多项式运动规律下配气机构从动件产生惯性力最小,凸轮从动件冲击现象最小。For the valve-type valve train of the 12150 L diesel engine, based on the polynomial motion law, the optimal cam profile is designed to reduce the impact of the follower and improve the engine performance. Matlab simulates the law of polynomial motion of different types of followers, and obtains the relationship between displacement, velocity, acceleration and cam angle. The comparison results show that the inertial force of the follower of the valve train is the smallest under the fifth-order polynomial motion law. The impact of the moving parts is minimal.
