ICAM-1和L-选择素水平与肺癌发生发展的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨ICAM-1和L-选择素水平与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法随机选取肺癌患者96例,将这些患者作为肺癌组,另随机选取同期肺良性病变患者36例作为良性组,另随机选取同期健康体检人员40例作为对照组,统计分析三组人员的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平、阳性情况,并分析肺癌组患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平、阳性情况与临床病理的相关性。结果肺癌组患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平均显著高于良性组、对照组(P<0.05),良性组患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。肺癌组患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素阳性率均显著高于良性组、对照组(P<0.05),良性组患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素阳性率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。肺癌组TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平均显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平均显著高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05),但腺癌和鳞癌患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素水平之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。肺癌组腺癌患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素阳性率均显著高于鳞癌患者(P<0.05),TNM分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素阳性率均显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移患者的ICAM-1和L-选择素阳性率均显著高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。结论ICAM-1和L-选择素水平与肺癌发展、预后密切相关。Objective To explore the relationship of ICAM-1 and L-selectin levels in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.Methods 96 patients with lung cancer were randomly selected as lung cancer group,in addition,36 patients with pulmonary benign lesions were randomly selected as benign group,at the same time,40 cases of healthy physical examination personnel were randomly selected as the control group.The levels and positivity of ICAM-1 and L-selectin in the 3 groups were analyzed,and the correlation between ICAM-1 and L-selectin levels,positivity and clinicopathology in lung cancer patients were analyzed.Results The levels of ICAM-1 and L-selectin in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign group and the control group(P<0.05),the levels of ICAM-1 and L-selectin in the benign group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of ICAM-1 and L-selectin in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign group and the control group,the positive rates of ICAM-1 and L-selectin in the benign group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),TNM stagingⅢ+Ⅳperiod patients of ICAM-1 and L-select levels were significantly higher than that of TNM stagingⅠ+Ⅱperiod in patients in the lung cancer group(P<0.05),The levels of ICAM-1 and L-selectin in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),However,there was no significant difference between icam-1 and l-selectin levels in patients with pathological types of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05).The positive rates of icam-1 and l-selectin in patients with pathological adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in patients with squamous cell carcinoma in the lung cancer group(P<0.05).ICAM-1 and L-selectin of TNM stageⅢ+Ⅳwere significantly higher than that ofⅠ+Ⅱperiod in patients with positive rate(P<0.05).The positive rates of ICAM-1 and L-select
