摘 要:目的研究还原型谷胱甘肽应用于肺癌放疗中对放射性肺损伤及血清IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β水平的影响。方法选取肺癌患者共92例,随机均分为两组,对照组患者采取常规放射治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加还原型谷胱甘肽药物治疗,观察增加还原型谷胱甘肽药物治疗对肺癌患者放射性肺损伤及血清IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β水平的影响。结果观察组总有效率为78.26%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率(52.17%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组放射性肺损伤发生率为8.70%,远低于对照组放射性肺损伤发生率(26.09%);且放疗后,相比对照组患者,观察组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β水平明显更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者在常规放疗基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽可有效降低放射性肺损伤发生率,并能有效降低血清IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β水平,减轻炎症反应,有利于放射性肺损伤的防治。Objective To explore the effects of reduced glutathione on radiation induced lung injury and levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α,TGF-βin lung cancer radiotherapy.Methods 92 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy,the observation group was treated with reduced glutathione in addition to treatment of the control group.The effects of reduced glutathione on radiation induced lung injury and levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α,TGF-βof patients with lung cancer were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 78.26%,and that of the control group was 52.17%(P<0.05).The incidence of radiation induced lung injury in the observation group was 8.70%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group;And after radiotherapy,levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α,TGF-βof patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For treating patients with lung cancer,reduced glutathione addition to conventional radiotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of radioactive lung injury,and can effectively reduce serum il-6,TNF-,TGF-levels,reduce the inflammatory response,which is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of radiation induced lung injury.
